At Dignity Health, part of our mission is to partner with independent practices and groups to deliver care and healing to our communities. We are currently seeking a Family Medicine/Concierge Physician to join our community partner, Healing Grove Health Center. This position will work with experienced physicians to provide excellent patient care to the community of Arden and Rocklin in the Sacramento area.

Healing Grove Health Center in Sacramento is a non-profit clinic that provides concierge level health care to the poor without government fee for service funding. The Healing Grove Center is to share the love of Jesus through health care, soul care and culture care. Through their concierge and outpatient models, providers are able to spend more time with their patients to learn about them and their unique health needs.

This is an opportunity to join a community-based practice affiliated with Dignity Health.
