We are growing our Polyclinic walk-in, urgent care clinics. We are staffed by board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. We are backed by more than 200 Polyclinic & Everett Clinic primary and specialty care doctors. As an Urgent Care Physician, you will have access to labs, imaging, and specialty physicians in the same building.
Our clinics are open Monday-Friday from 7:00am-7:00pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Your Practice:
8-hour and 12-hour shifts
A minimum of 2 providers in clinic per day
Flexible block schedules
Specialty Follow-up visits & consults
Option to work Virtual Medicine
EPIC EMR
Your Support:
1 to 1 MA ratio
Dedicated RNs are trained to give IVs
In house Radiologists – STAT advanced imaging
Onsite Lab
Emergency Room diversion program
Close Proximity to Hospital Emergency Services, less than 2 miles
Your Compensation:
$80,000 in hiring bonuses

Required Qualifications:
BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
Unrestricted WA State Medical License required by start date
Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $259,790 to $345,400 per year.Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
