Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Family Medicine Team in Metamora, Illinois.
Practice opportunity details include:
Established practice
Current providers: 2MDs and 1NP
Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
Onsite services: x-ray and lab
Average patients/day: 12-16
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Family Practice experience strongly preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
