WellSpan is actively seeking a full-time, board-certified  core faculty at our unopposed residency program in Lebanon, PA - 45 miles from Harrisburg and 90 minutes from Philadelphia.

WellSpan is reimagining healthcare and now utilizes DAX – Dragon Ambient eXperience in our Primary Care practices. DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record for the provider. Faculty Member- OB focus w/ OP Clinic:

Position Highlights:

• Join 10 collegial faculty members practicing full-spectrum family medicine and OB
• We are a 7-7-7 community hospital residency fully integrated into WellSpan GME programs
• The current program is fully accredited by ACGME along with Osteopathic Recognition
• Position offers lifestyle flexibility, professional development and leadership support
• Duties to include outpatient clinic, OB call, precepting residents and medical students, and scholarly activities
• Board certification required and leadership skills preferred

Faculty Member- Inpatient Focus w/outpatient:

Position Highlights:

• Join a large, collegial team of Faculty members supervising 21 residents and teaching medical students
• Inpatient precepting: One week off after one week of inpatient
• Maintain own patient panel and precept residents in outpatient setting
• Team atmosphere focused on academics and scholarly activity
• Experience in full scope FM supervising residents a plus - includes prenatal care, no OB
• Position offers lifestyle flexibility, professional development and leadership support
