Summary:

Primary Care Bon Secours Charity Medical Group's is seeking a Resident, Fellow or an experienced Primary Care Physician searching for a better way to practice medicine to join our practice in Rockland County, NY. This practice is both well regarded and well established and included 5 physicians who provide both inpatient and outpatient care to their patients. We are looking for a quality physician interested in working in a midsize primary care practice located approximately 45 minutes from New York City. Our Primary Care practices are all NCQA accredited Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH); where our team of healthcare professionals provide convenient access to high quality, coordinated care to the patients and communities they serve.

Qualifications:

* Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

* MD/DO license
