Opportunity Details:

Hospital-employed cardiology group of 7 is adding another interventionalist

Due to strong community demand and no competition, the new cardiologist will be able to ramp up quickly

The practice is tailored to the physicians' preferences.

Cover the 265-bed community hospital with 2 cardiac catheterization labs (third lab being added in 2024).

Surgical backup includes two cardiothoracic surgeons

With a catchment of 250K population, you will enjoy referrals from more than 60 primary care physicians in the area

Compensation and Benefits:

Lucrative income that includes a base salary + wRVU bonus compensation. Most cardiologists generate 10K-12K wRVUs annually

Signing bonus and relocation assistance offered

PTO 6 Weeks

CME Stipend of $3,000

Benefits include paid premiums for medical and dental as well as for long and short-term disability

Reimbursement for state medical license, DEA and professional society dues

Medical malpractice coverage

This suburban community of 130K is large enough to offer big-town amenities yet small enough to feel connected and rooted in the community.

Educational options include public and private schools as well as a local university.
