Highlights of this position include:

• Competitive Starting Salary $360,000 - $400,000
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.
• Deliver appropriate patient care from pre-procedure through post-procedure stages until discharged
• Establish and maintain relations with other key services to include: Surgery and Medicine Services, Primary Care, Prosthetics, Nursing, Social Work, and Radiology
• Document and maintain records pertaining to patients
• Assures the most effective delivery of are in general urology, while meeting and exceeding compliance standards
• Perform urological procedures, consultation, evaluation, and treatment to manage various conditions, illnesses, and injuries of the genitourinary system
• Coordinate care with VA's tertiary care facilities (CBOC’s) i.e. Lafayette, Jennings, and Lake Charles, and VA sharing partners
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
• Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State

 Additional Requirements:

• Board Certified in Urology
• 5 years’ experience as Urologist
