You already love the Northwest. Why not love your career, too? The Polyclinic Ballard is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our busy team of primary care providers at our multi-specialty clinic located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. 

Job summary:  
This is a traditional outpatient primary care medical practice supporting patients from Ballard and its surrounding communities: 

• We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package with productivity and quality incentives 
• Outpatient Primary Care: 16-20 patients day
• Full time or Part Time Opportunity
• Ancillary Primary Care team includes: Social Work, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy 
• Call is light and shared | Triage RN call

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

• Open to both BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians 
• Unrestricted WA license 
• Current DEA 
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience 
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

The salary range for Washington residents is $237,360.00 to $331,700.00. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
