This critical access hospital seeks a physician to lead this established primary care clinic and cover the emergency room with additional support.

Join a team of physicians and APP providers along with experienced clinical and administrative staff

The clinic has an established patient panel and is conveniently located within the hospital with each physician's own wing of exam rooms and individual office

Primary care focus with the ability to add your own clinical interests and procedures

Autonomous opportunity with the flexibility to create your own schedule, option for medical directorship as well

The ER is not a trauma center, has a low volume with nearly 1,800 annual visits, APP assistance coverage, and at-home call options

ER has a separate contract with up to 300K+ extra earning potential

Competitive guaranteed base salary, sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, full benefits, and malpractice insurance

Living in Rural Texas

A quaint and welcoming community, making it a safe and enjoyable place to call home with the bliss of no traffic in town
