• We are recruiting to have a division of 2 Neonatologists, and 5 Advanced Practice Providers that with provide 24/7 in house coverage
• This Neonatologist will cover a 2 to 4 bed level 2 NICU
• This position will include day time coverage and on call from home
• Neonatologist Physician will facilitate rounds to provide active management of NICU patients. Including but not limited to vent weaning, nutrition adjustments, lab reviews and meeting with family’s
• A full complement of ancillary staff including excellent administrative support

What we’re seeking:

• We are seeking a board-certified neonatologist
• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania BC/BE.

Lancaster Medical Center will enhance an already vibrant network of primary and specialty care providers across Lancaster County, including practice sites of the former Physicians’ Alliance LTD that joined Penn State Health in 2017 and the Lime Spring Outpatient Center that opened in East Hempfield Township in January 2019. Expanding this footprint will help ensure residents of these communities have access, quality and choice of care as close to home as possible.

The Lancaster Medical Center hospital also will create new clinical and research opportunities for learners and investigators at Penn State College of Medicine,
