KidzCare Pediatrics, PC, is an expanding group practice with 26 pediatric clinics in North Carolina. Currently there are 7 practice locations in Cumberland County (Hope Mills, Fayetteville, and Spring Lake). Additionally we have clinics in Sanford, Franklin, Burlington, Lillington, Saint Paul’s, Greensboro, Wilmington, Hampstead, Leland, Dunn, Fuquay Varina, Morrisville, 2 locations in Charlotte, Siler City, Wallace, Shelby, Boiling Springs and Sylva, North Carolina. We have 25 full time pediatricians, 21 PA’s, CPNP's, FNP’s, and 131 full time employees that work in state of the art office buildings with child friendly themes.

Our office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and we have extended hours on Wednesday 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. At KidzCare Pediatrics, our mission is to provide high quality comprehensive healthcare services to infants and children of each community without regard to race, color, religion, nationality, and ability to pay. In addition to serving our patients throughout North Carolina, we also provide services to our military families from Ft. Bragg and Camp LeJeune. KidzCare Pediatrics is the largest, privately owned pediatric group practice in North Carolina and is a top performer of CCNC quality initiatives and performance improvement programs. We utilize a pediatric based Meaningful Use compliant EHR system that was developed and designed by pediatricians for pediatricians. KidzCare Pediatrics, PC is an NCQA certified Patient Centered Medical Home at 25 of our 26 locations. The patient-centered medical home is a way of organizing primary care that emphasizes care coordination and communication to transform primary care into "what patients want it to be." Patient Centered Medical Homes lead to higher quality and lower costs and can improve patients’ and providers’ experience of care.

Our employed provider model allows for a balanced quality of life for our team members highlighted below:

*No in-patient hospital care, no c-section, no delivery, no ER call.
*Telephone call is one every 5-6 days
*24/7 nurse triage service at all practice locations

We have openings throughout our locations in North Carolina. Our salary range is:

$80,000.00 to $100,000.00 for APRN, CPNP, PA-C $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 for MD, DO
