ChristianaCare is looking to hire a part time, pediatric and/or medicine-pediatric trained Pediatric Hospitalist to join our large, well established, employed pediatric hospitalist program. Candidates must be BC/BE in Pediatrics and may be BC/BE in Pediatric Hospital Medicine.

As an employed member of Christiana Pediatric Hospitalists (CPH) you will provide family-centered care to pediatric and newborn patients in the Pediatric Inpatient Unit, Mother-Baby Unit, Delivery Room and the Emergency Department. Opportunities exist at our ChristianaCare Newark, Delaware Campus, as well as our satellite practice locations in Dover and Milford, Delaware, through our partnership with Bayhealth.

ChristianaCare's main campus in Newark, Delaware is the largest academic institution in the state! Pediatric faculty will have the opportunity to teach Med-Peds residents, Pediatric residents, Family Medicine Residents and medical students (Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University), in addition to physician assistant and nurse practitioner students.

Student and resident teaching opportunities also exist at our Bayhealth practice location, where pediatric hospitalists teach newborn and inpatient pediatric care to a variety of learners. CPH physicians also contribute to collaborative efforts to improve quality and safety for pediatric and newborn patients and serve leadership roles at our main and satellite campuses.
