What You Will Do

About this opportunity

• Busy and diverse inpatient and outpatient practice
• Team currently consists of three board certified clinical geneticists
• Help develop a vision for a broader clinical genetics service line at Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas through collaboration with the Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin.
• Collaboration with medical and adjunct specialties encouraged to allow for the pursuit of innovative program development and clinical research initiatives

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board .  
  • Board Certified/Eligible in American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Work Experience:

• Clinical expertise in the management of metabolism errors and the management of genetic diseases
• Interest in program development, academics, research and community outreach
